Are you a Sub-Zero dealer?

🔹 No. W.A.C. is not affiliated with Sub-Zero and is not a licensed dealer
🔹 We specialize in refurbished Sub-Zero appliances

Do you have a showroom?

📦 No showroom — online sales only
🏢 Warehouse will-call pickup available by appointment only
🕒 Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | 2-day notice required

Do you repair appliances?

🚫 No. We do not offer repair or service work

What payment methods do you accept?

💳 ACH, wire, or Zelle preferred
⚠️ Credit/debit cards accepted with 5% processing fee
🔐 Secure invoicing via Intuit QuickBooks

How do I place an order?

🛒 Add item to cart → receive QuickBooks invoice → submit payment securely
⚠️ Deposits and paid invoices are non-refundable

Do you charge sales tax?

📍 CA sales tax applies to California deliveries
🚚 No sales tax collected outside CA

What is your return policy?

🔄 14-day return window from delivery date
📦 Item must be uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in original crate

What is not refundable?

🚫 Shipping, delivery, installation, and removal costs
🚫 Installed or damaged appliances

Are there restocking or cancellation fees?

⚠️ Orders take 2–3 weeks to process
⚠️ 15% restocking/inconvenience fee may apply to cancellations or returns

What delivery service do you provide?

🚚 Curbside or driveway delivery only (liftgate when needed)
🚫 No inside delivery, installation, or haul-away

Who installs the unit?

👷 Installation is the buyer’s responsibility
📞 We recommend a local high-end appliance installer

Delivery inspection requirements

📝 Note damage on carrier paperwork
📄 Buyer files freight claims

Why are your website prices lower than eBay?

💰 Website prices are typically 10–15% lower
