Our shipping dates as listed on our invoices are ONLY estimates which can very by days. All heavy items need to be palletized, packaged and crated for safe shipping so we cannot always ship on the exact day listed on our invoice. Again, they are only an estimate.

The shipping cost you will receive after checkout is an ESTIMATES ONLY since actual shipping cost to your address needs to be quoted daily. Shipping cost to residential locations needing a liftgate will be higher than commercial business locations which have a dock or forklift available. We will adjust the invoice we email to you for payment with the actual shipping cost to your address. The closer to the West coast, the less expensive the cost. Delivery times are 2 business days to 10 business days, depending on the trucking company we use, your location, and whether the destination is a commercial or residential location,

We have tariffs contracts and special pricing accounts with the largest freight carriers throughout the United States. These include FedEx Freight, XPO, ABF, Old Dominion, Saia, DHE, and RRTS. We also have deep discounted pricing with the largest shipping brokers; FreightQuotes and Worldwide Express. That said, the vast majority of our freight is currently being carried by ABF/ARCBEST & XPO Freight.

All of the appliances we ship are professionally packaged for safe and damage-free shipping.

A few locations might not the correct truck height to deliver, so there may be an extra cost if they require a flatbed truck to deliver. Again, only a few of these area in the USA, but we will let you know if there is an added cost or problem with your delivery address. Commercial locations are never a problems. Please note that there is a $99 crating fee for shipments that require to be palletized and crated.

Sorry but there is no inside delivery or haul away of old unit available. Driveway drop or curbside delivery only.
