FAQ – Ordering, Payment, Shipping & Returns
 

Are you a Sub-Zero dealer?

🔹 No. W.A.C. is not affiliated with Sub-Zero and is not a licensed dealer. We specialize exclusively in refurbished Sub-Zero appliances
 

Do you have a showroom?

📦 No showroom — online sales only. Warehouse will-call pickup is available by appointment only. Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Please provide at least 2 business days’ notice before pickup
 

Do you repair appliances?

🚫 No. We do not offer repair or service work.
 

What payment methods do you accept?

💳 Preferred: ACH, wire transfer, or Zelle. Credit/debit cards are accepted with a 5% processing fee. All invoices are securely processed through Intuit Merchant Services via QuickBooks
 

How do I place an order?

🛒 Step 1: Add item to cart
📩 Step 2: Receive QuickBooks invoice
💳 Step 3: Submit payment securely

⚠️ Deposits and paid invoices are non-refundable without our restocking fee
 

Do you charge sales tax?

📍 California deliveries: 7.75% sales tax applies. Outside California: No sales tax collected
 

What is your return policy?

🔄 14-day return window begins on delivery date. Items must be returned uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in original crate/packaging
 

What is not refundable?

🚫 Shipping charges, delivery fees, installation or removal costs, previously installed or damaged units
 

Are there restocking or cancellation fees?

⚠️ Orders typically require 2–3 weeks processing time and are subject to a 15% restocking/cancellation fee
 

What delivery service do you provide?

🚚 LTL freight only to curbside/driveway delivery (liftgate included when needed).provided easy access is available for a freight delivery truck. No inside delivery, no installation, or haul away service is available
 

Who installs the unit?

👷 Installation is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend hiring a qualified high-end appliance installer.
 

Delivery inspection requirements

🔍 Inspect all items before signing delivery receipt and not any damage on the packaging on the receipt. Buyer is responsible for filing any freight claims
 

Why are your website prices lower than eBay?

💰 Website pricing is typically 10–15% lower. EBay automatically adds platform fees and will also charge sales tax for out of state sales. We do not charge sales tax outside of California
