🥬 FOOD PRESERVATION
Sub-Zero's dual refrigeration system uses separate cooling systems for the refrigerator and freezer compartments.
The refrigerator maintains a cool, humid environment designed to help preserve fresh foods, while the freezer uses cold, dry air to help preserve frozen foods and reduce freezer burn.
The sealed crisper and deli drawers provide additional humidity control for fruits, vegetables and other fresh foods.
🌬️ AIR PURIFICATION
The Sub-Zero air purification system is designed to reduce ethylene gas and odors that can accelerate food spoilage. This NASA-inspired technology continuously helps maintain cleaner refrigerator air and a more stable food-preservation environment.
